Cullen/Frost Bankers, Inc. (NYSE: CFR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.48 per share, or $1.92 annualized. This is a 4.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.46.

The dividend will be payable on June 15, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 1, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of May 30, 2012.
