Shares of Accretive Health (NYSE: AH) are bouncing modestly Thursday afternoon following a jaw-dropping 42 percent decline on Wednesday amid concerns of a Minnesota Attorney General suit against the company. The stock last traded at $11.45, up 6.6 percent for the session.
Certainly helping push the stock higher Thursday, Credit Suisse's Glen Santangelo issued a research note this morning suggesting the recent sell-off is overdone. While the analyst said the compliance review may force Accretive Health to alter some business practices, Santangelo believes any "egregious legal violations."
Credit Suisse maintains an Outperform rating and $32 price target on shares of Accretive Health.
