Westamerica Bancorporation (NASDAQ: WABC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.37 per share, or $1.48 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on May 18, 2012, to stockholders of record on May 7, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of May 3, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.2 percent.
