Sensient Technologies Corp. (NYSE: SXT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share, or $0.88 annualized. This is a 4.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.21.

The dividend will be payable on June 1, 2012, to stockholders of record on May 9, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of May 7, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.4 percent.
