Linn Energy, LLC (NASDAQ: LINE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.725 per share, or $2.9 annualized. This is a 5.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.69.

The dividend will be payable on May 15, 2012, to stockholders of record on May 8, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of May 4, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7.4 percent.
