Mack-Cali Realty Corp. (NYSE: CLI) reported Q1 FFO of $0.74, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.67. Revenue for the quarter came in at $183 million versus the consensus estimate of $181.84 million.

Sees FY2012 FFO of $2.50-$2.60, versus the consensus of $2.64.
