Artesian Resources Corp (NASDAQ: ARTNA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.1978 per share, or $0.7912 annualized. This is a 2.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.193.

The dividend will be payable on May 22, 2012, to stockholders of record on May 9, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of May 7, 2012.
