Oceaneering International, Inc. (NYSE: OII) reported Q4 EPS of $0.47, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.46. Revenue for the quarter came in at $594.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $576.2 million.

Sees Q2 EPS of 64-68 cents, which compares to the Street estimate of 67 cents.
