Sears Holding (Nasdaq: SHLD) shares are breaking out in early-afternoon trade, now up about 5 percent after trading down as much as 1.6 percent earlier. While we are not hearing any company news, upside intensified as the price pushed over the 200-day SMA. The stock price then charged through $51, saw modest resistance at $52, and is now over $53.
