UBS maintains a 'Buy' on C.H. Robinson Worldwide (NASDAQ: CHRW) price target lowered $1 to $81.
Analyst, Elizabeth Mielke, said, "CH's Q1 EPS of $0.65 hit consensus and fell one penny short of our $0.66 estimate...As long as CH posts EPS growth below its (reiterated) long-term goal of 15%, it seems not much can make the market happy. A couple quarters ago investors were displeased CH’s truck load volume growth was running below the industry growth rate. CH has reignited its market
share gains, with Q1 TL volume up 8% vs. 5% increase in the ATA Truck Tonnage Index, but now investors are focused on y/y compression in the net rev margin."
UBS lowers FY12 EPS estimate from $2.99 to $2.92 and FY13 from $3.46 to $3.41.
