Nomura Securities maintains a 'Neutral' on Total System Services (NYSE: TSS) price target raised from $20 to $22.
Analyst, Bill Carcache, said, "TSYS reported 1Q12 EPS of $0.30, in line with our (and consensus) estimates. Higher revenues were offset partially by higher expenses and a higher tax rate. The revenue beat (relative to our estimates) was broad-based across all three segments. Overall, revenues (before reimbursables) grew +9%, well above analyst estimates and management’s guidance. We’re nudging our estimates higher based on our view that management’s guidance range is conservative. Our 2012 / 2013 / 2014 EPS estimates go to $1.30 / $1.45 / $1.61 from $1.29 / $1.42 / $1.58, vs. Street at $1.28 / $1.42 / $1.54, respectively."
