Jefferies Raises Questcor Pharmaceuticals (QCOR) Price Target From $50 to $52

Jefferies Equity Research raised their price target on Questcor Pharmaceuticals (QCOR) from $50 to $52 following stronger than expected sales figures (96m vs. 90m consensus) for NS (nephrotic syndrome) drug, Acthar. They are expecting sales in this area to continue to grow as the company adds to its sales force.

Jefferies analysts increased their Acthar sales estimate for the remainder of 2012, with estimated net sales of $422M vs. $389.5M. Additionally, they raised their EPS estimates to $2.38 from $2.14.

Jefferies has a Buy rating Questcor Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: QCOR).
