BreitBurn Energy (NASDAQ: BBEP) announced today that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire $98 million worth of oil properties located in the Big Horn Basin of Wyoming. The deal was reached with Legacy Energy, a subsidiary of NiMin Energy Corp.. March oil production from the properties was 600 Boe/day.
The deal will close in 90 days, pending approval by NiMin shareholders.
