Compass Point reiterates a 'Neutral' on Western Union Co. (NYSE: WU) price target raised $1 to $20.
Analyst, Douglas Greiner, said, "We raise our 2013 EPS estimate to $1.91 (previously $1.82), lifting our price target from $19 to $20. Western Union reported 17% share of the remittance market at quarter end, compared to 16% a year ago and 7% several years ago. The next largest competitor holds 5% share and the remaining share is fragmented. The company reported 500,000 agent locations in the quarter, versus in the range of 100,000 a decade ago and the long-term target of 1,000,000."
