Harmonic, Inc. (NASDAQ: HLIT) reported Q1 EPS of $0.03, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $127.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $129.25 million.

Sees Q2 sales of $130 - $140 million, versus $137 consensus.

The Company approved at $25 million buyback.
