Webster Financial (WBS) Doubles Quarterly Dividend to $0.10; Yields 1.9%

Webster Financial Corp. (NYSE: WBS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share, or $0.4 annualized. This is a 100% increase from the prior dividend of $0.05.

The dividend will be payable on May 21, 2012, to stockholders of record on May 7, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of May 3, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.9 percent.
