Williams Partners L.P. (NYSE: WPZ) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.7775 per share, or $3.11 annualized. This is a 2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.7625.

The dividend will be payable on May 11, 2012, to stockholders of record on May 4, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of May 2, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.7 percent.
