Canadian National Railway Co (CNI) Declares $0.375 Quarterly Dividend; 1.9% Yield

Canadian National Railway Co (NYSE: CNI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.375 per share, or $1.5 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 29, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 8, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 6, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.9 percent.
