UPDATE: Facebook (FB) Amends S-1, Applies to List on Nasdaq

Facebook (Nasdaq: FB) confirmed it applied to list on Nasdaq, according to an amended S-1 filed with the U.S. SEC.
Facebook Q1 revs $1.058B, up from $731M. Net income $205M down from $233M. Diluted EPS came in at 9 cents, from 11 cents last year.
Facebook Q1 cost of revenue rose to $277M, up from $167M. Total cost and expenses rose to $677M, up from $343M last year.
In the Instagram deal, Facebook paid out 23 million shares and $300 million in cash. There is a cancellation fee of $200 million should the deal not close.
