Barclays maintains an 'Overweight' on McDonald's (NYSE: MCD) price target raised $1 to $107.

Analyst, Jeffrey A. Bernstein, said, "While not likely the strongest performer in the current macro, MCD continues to take share in QSR and we continue to view it as a flight to quality, with the shares to see a slow but steady grind higher. On valuation, currently ~16.5x vs. the 13-18x 3-year range and 15.5x average."

Bernstein remains optimistic on MCD versus peers, but sees limited near-term profit growth on large investment to keep competitive advantage, margin and macro headwinds. He raises FY12 EPS estimate from $5.68 to $5.70 and FY13 from $6.25 to $6.30.
