UPDATE - UBS initiates coverage on Boston Beer Company (NYSE: SAM) with a Neutral. PT $103.00.
Analyst, Kaumil S. Gajrawala, said, "Boston Beer is a pure play in the rapidly growing Craft beer category. However, given its current multiple and lower topline expectations, we see limited upside at this time...With new brewers providing even more variety to an already promiscuous consumer, flagships brands like Sam Adams are likely to suffer. In fact, the top four Craft brewers are all losing share. Over time, we expect the brewery bubble to burst, which will benefit Boston Beer Co. In the near-term however, we view this negatively."
