Tesoro Logistics (NYSE: TLLP) declared a quarterly distribution of $0.3775 per share, or $1.51 annualized. This is a 4.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.3625.

The distribution will be payable on May 14, 2012, to stockholders of record on May 4, 2012, with an ex-distribution date of May 2, 2012.

The annual yield on the distribution is 4.3 percent.
