Ethan Allen Interiors, Inc. (NYSE: ETH) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share, or $0.36 annualized. This is a 12.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.08.

The dividend will be payable on July 25, 2012, to stockholders of record on July 10, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of July 6, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.
