BreitBurn Energy Partners (NASDAQ: BBEP) declared a quarterly distribution of $0.455 per share, or $1.82 annualized. This is a 1.1% increase from the prior distribution of $0.450.

The distribution will be payable on May 14, 2012, to stockholders of record on May 7, 2012, with an ex-distribution date of May 3, 2012.

The annual yield on the distribution is 10.2 percent.
