Aon plc (NYSE: AON) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.1575 per share, or $0.63 annualized. This is a 5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.15.
The dividend will be payable on May 15, 2012, to stockholders of record on May 1, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of April 27, 2012.
