Cardinal Financial Corp (NASDAQ: CFNL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.04 per share, or $0.16 annualized. This is a 33.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.03.

The dividend will be payable on May 17, 2012, to stockholders of record on May 1, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of April 27, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.4 percent.
