Travelers Cos, Inc. (NYSE: TRV) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.46 per share, or $1.84 annualized. This is a 12.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.41.

The dividend will be payable on June 29, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 8, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 6, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.1 percent.
