Rockville Financial, Inc. (NASDAQ: RCKB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share, or $0.36 annualized. This is a 12.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.08.

The dividend will be payable on May 7, 2012, to stockholders of record on April 30, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of April 26, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.1 percent.
