Susquehanna Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: SUSQ) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share, or $0.2 annualized. This is a 66.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.03.

The dividend will be payable on May 18, 2012, to stockholders of record on May 1, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of April 27, 2012.
