UBS maintains a 'Buy' on Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ) price target lowered from $71 to $70.

Analyst, Rajeev Jashnani, said, "In our view, stock has been held back by slow EPS growth while addition of SYST complicates 2013 outlook. Latter point should resolve after deal closes & a revised 2012 outlook is provided (incl. share repo plans). If JNJ can approach Street EPS for 2013 (+7% growth), stock ultimately should regain traction as underlying revenue growth is good; that said, 2013 is not right around the corner yet, either."
