UBS maintains a 'Neutral' on WW Grainger (NYSE: GWW) price target raised from $221 to $225.

Analyst, Robert Barry, said, "We think GWW is on track to post ~11% organic sales growth in 2012, the best result in a decade, despite some easing in March that seems consistent with a healthy but less frothy mfg economy vs. a year ago. We believe growing traction on GWW-specific initiatives is driving better growth. Price tracked at the high end of the target 2-3% range, more than offsetting inflation, boding well for margins and helping offset growth-related spend. A weak spot was Europe (~4% sales), where low 1% EBIT margins likely reflect a weak macro and investment spending."

UBS raises FY12/13 by $0.10 each to $10.75/12.30.
