Crestwood Midstream (CMLP) Raises Quarterly Distribution 2% to $0.50; Yields 7.4%

Crestwood Midstream Partners (NYSE: CMLP) declared a quarterly distribution of $0.50 per share, or $2 annualized. This is a 2% increase from the prior distribution of $0.49.

The distribution will be payable on May 11, 2012, to stockholders of record on May 1, 2012, with an ex-distribution date of April 27, 2012.

The annual yield on the distribution is 7.4 percent.
