Speedway Motorsports (TRK) Declares $0.15 Quarterly Dividend; 3.4% Yield

Speedway Motorsports, Inc. (NYSE: TRK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 8, 2012, to stockholders of record on May 18, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of May 16, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.4 percent.
