H.B. Fuller Co. (NYSE: FUL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.085 per share, or $0.34 annualized. This is a 13.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.075.

The dividend will be payable on May 10, 2012, to stockholders of record on April 26, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of April 24, 2012.
