After-Hours Movers 04/11: (MCK) (ABC) Higher; (AVID) (BAS) Lower

Avid Technology (Nasdaq: AVID) 15.5% LOWER; cuts Q1 outlook: sales of about $152 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $ million, and an adjusted operating loss of about $8 million. The Street is currently expecting Q1 sales of $161.08 million and a per share gain of 3 cents.

McKesson (NYSE: MCK) 4% HIGHER; has won a $31.6 billion Veterans Affairs contract.

AmerisourceBergen (NYSE: ABC) 2.9% HIGHER; traders responding to McKesson news. AmerisourceBergen was also in the running for the massive VA contract.

Basic Energy Services, Inc. (NYSE: BAS) 1% LOWER; filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to sell, from time to time, up to 12,309,424 shares of Common Stock on behalf of Selling Shareholders.
