Targa Resources Corp. (TRGP) Raises Quarterly Dividend 9% to $0.365; 3.3% Yield

Targa Resources Corp. (NYSE: TRGP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.365 per share, or $1.46 annualized. This is a 9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.335.

The dividend will be payable on May 16, 2012, to stockholders of record on April 23, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of April 19, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.3 percent.
