CNBC says Delta Air Lines (NYSE: DAL) has tapped JPMorgan (NYSE: JPM) for role in potential refinery acquisition.
In addition, JPMorgan said it would pay for crude oil refining costs, then Delta would buy at wholesale from JPMorgan.
News was reported by CNBC's Kate Kelly.
Delta is up 1.4 percent on the session while JPMorgan is up 2.2 percent.
