Caterpillar (CAT) Declares $0.46 Quarterly Dividend; 1.8% Yield

Caterpillar, Inc. (NYSE: CAT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.46 per share, or $1.84 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on May 19, 2012, to stockholders of record on April 23, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of April 19, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.8 percent.
