NewLead Holdings (Nasdaq: NEWL) 96% HIGHER; continuing to break out extremely sharply this week. The stock rose nearly 23 percent on Monday and another 78.5 percent yesterday. Volume is extremely this morning.

Travelzoo (Nasdaq: TZOO) 27.4% HIGHER; is considering a sale, however has not yet named an advisor. A source has said possible buyers could be Google (Nasdaq: GOOG), Amazon (Nasdaq: AMZN) or travel website Odigeo.

Standard Microsystems Corp (NASDAQ: SMSC) 16% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.19), $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.17). Revenue for the quarter came in at $89.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $91.09 million. Sees Q1 2013 EPS of $0.29-$0.38, versus the consensus of $0.27. Sees Q1 2013 revenue of $98-$102 million, versus the consensus of $97.96 million.

Titan Machinery (NASDAQ: TITN) 15.7% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.84, $0.32 better than the analyst estimate of $0.52. Revenue for the quarter came in at $607 million versus the consensus estimate of $433.26 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $2.55-$2.75, versus the consensus of $2.06. Sees FY2012 revenue of $1.95-$2.10 billion, versus the consensus of $1.68 billion.

Mattress Firm (NASDAQ: MFRM) 15.6% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.56 vs. analyst estimate of $0.19 (and a loss of $0.07 same qtr last year). Revenue for the quarter came in at $188.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $177.21 million. The Company today announced the signing of a purchase agreement for all of the equity interests of Mattress Giant for approximately $47 million in cash, subject to customary purchase-price and certain other adjustments. The Company expects that the transaction, which remains subject to customary closing conditions, will be completed during its fiscal second quarter ending July 31, 2012. The Company expects to fund the purchase price from cash reserves. Sees FY12 EPS of $1.40-$1.48, including costs of 17-19 cents per share, on sales of $1.03-$1.06B.

OPNET Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq: OPNT) 10.9% LOWER; announced that based on preliminary estimates it expects revenue for the fourth fiscal quarter, ended March 31, 2012, to be in the range of $44.4 to $44.6 million. Therefore, it expects revenue for fiscal 2012 to be in the range of $172.6 to $172.8 million. GAAP diluted net income per common share for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2012 is expected to be between $0.16 and $0.17. Non-GAAP diluted net income per common share for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2012 is expected to be between $0.20 and $0.21. The non-GAAP diluted net income per common share expectation for the fourth quarter excludes approximately $864,000 of expenses associated with stock-based compensation expense, amortization of acquired intangible assets, and the related impact of these adjustments on the provision for income taxes. The Street was looking for revs of $46.99 million and EPS of 26 cents. FY11 revs to be $175.2 million.

Premier Exhibitions, Inc. (Nasdaq: PRXI) 10.4% LOWER; today provided an update on the auction of its Titanic artifact collection. The Company and its subsidiary RMS Titanic, Inc., in conjunction with Guernsey's Auction House, is holding for auction more than 5,000 artifacts recovered from the Titanic wreck site, along with related intellectual property and intangibles.
