PAA Natural Gas Storage LP (NYSE: PNG) declared a quarterly distribution of $0.3575 per share, or $1.43 annualized.

The distribution will be payable on May 15, 2012, to stockholders of record on May 4, 2012, with an ex-distribution date of May 2, 2012.

The annual yield on the distribution is 7.5 percent.
