Plains All American Pipeline L.P. (NYSE: PAA) declared a quarterly distribution of $1.045 per share, or $4.18 annualized. This is a 2% increase from the prior distribution of $1.025.

The distribution will be payable on May 15, 2012, to stockholders of record on May 4, 2012, with an ex-distribution date of May 2, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.3 percent.
