Shares of Harmonic (Nasdaq: HLIT) have fallen more than 5 percent in Monday's after-hours session following first-quarter guidance which came in well below the Street estimate. After closing at $4.96, shares last traded at $4.71.
The company said it is looking for quarterly EPS of 2-3 cents on sales of $125-$128 million. The company had previously guided first-quarter sales to $132-$142 million. Analysts are currently expecting first-quarter earnings of 9 cents per share on sales of $136.62 million.
