Canaccord Genuity reiterates a 'Buy' on Pernix Therapeutics (NYSE: PTX) price target of $15.00.
Analyst, Randall Stanicky, said, "We hosted meetings and dinner with Pernix management and come away with renewed confidence in the story. The discussion added confidence to our outlook on several fronts as we think about the long-term opportunity: (1) business development focus high and breadth of opportunity meaningful, and we see as a core growth driver; (2) GI launch remains on track for mid-year and another opportunity to demonstrate execution and ROI from business development; and (3) CEDAX scripts likely to remain solid while the NATROBA strategy from here should yield some benefit."
