3M (MMM) Taps Ford's (F) Scott Krohn as VP, Treasurer

3M (NYSE: MMM) has named Scott D. Krohn vice president and treasurer, effective May 1. He will report to David W. Meline, senior vice president and chief financial officer.
Krohn, 41, joins 3M from Ford Motor Company (NYSE: F) where he most recently served as director of Debt Capital Markets Funding. Previously, he was director of Financial Strategy and served as treasurer for Ford in China and Venezuela. Krohn holds a bachelor’s degree from Carleton College and an M.B.A. and J.D. from Indiana University.
