PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. (NYSE: PNC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share, or $1.6 annualized. This is a 14.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.35.
The dividend will be payable on May 7, 2012, to stockholders of record on April 17, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of April 13, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.5 percent.
