Jefferies boosted its price target on Buy-rated Five Star Quality Care (NYSE: FVE) from $4.00 to $4.20 and updated estiamtes.
The firm comments, "Macroeconomic recovery, albeit slow, combined with favorable demographics should drive accelerated demand in the private pay senior housing sector in 2012. As one of the largest operators in this segment, FVE is well positioned to benefit."
FY12 EPS goes down from $0.42 to $0.22.
