International Speedway Corp (NASDAQ: ISCA) declared an annual dividend of $0.20 per share, or $0.2 annualized. This is an 11.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.18.

The dividend will be payable on June 29, 2012, to stockholders of record on May 31, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of May 29, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 0.7 percent.
