Barclays Maintains an 'Overweight' on IntercontinentalExchange (ICE); Review of March Operating Metrics

Barclays maintains an 'Overweight' on IntercontinentalExchange (NYSE: ICE) price target maintained at $142.00.

Analyst, Roger A. Freeman, said, "Total volumes moved lower on a sequential basis as both ICE Futures Europe average daily volume (ADV) and ICE Futures U.S. ADV moved lower on the month. Overall March volumes finished 9% below February levels, but 1Q12 ADV finished 9% above 4Q12 levels and 2% above our prior forecast...our 1Q12 EPS estimate moves to $2.09 from $2.10. Our FY2012 EPS estimate remains unchanged at $8.36."
