Jefferies Boosts Numbers on IntercontinentalExchange (ICE) Ahead of Q1 Results

Jefferies boosted its price target on IntercontinentalExchange (NYSE: ICE) from $150 to $160 ahead of Q1 results and adjusted estimates.

The firm comments, "Yesterday ICE released its trading metrics for March and 1Q. OTC energy average daily commissions were a record $1.95M while CDS activity remained modest, generating $40M in revenues. Despite strong trading activity for most of the quarter, we are modestly decreasing our 1Q EPS estimate by $0.03 to $2.05 as futures volumes moderated in the latter half of March."

Q1 EPS goes down from $2.05 to $2.02, FY12 EPS goes up from $8.10 to $8.20 and FY13 goes up from $8.81 to $9.05.
