G&K Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: GKSR) declared a special dividend of $6.00 per share.
The dividend will be payable on April 27, 2012, to stockholders of record on April 13, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of April 11, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 17.3 percent.
The company also authorized a 50 percent increase in the regular quarterly dividend. The dividend will now be $0.195 per share, up from $0.13 per share previously.
